The highlight of 2021 was the arrival of our colt foal HVL Running Man (Orestus x Chin Chin x Grannus). He was named in memory of my best friend that sadly passed away earlier in the year. “Squirt” (which is his nickname 🙃) will be replacing Orestus once he decides to retire, which doesn’t look like anytime soon! 😅This foal has top breeding and is a half brother to World Cup horse Ciana and approved Grand Prix stallion Dream Boy M. All that said even if he doesn’t jump a pole I don’t care. No matter what he is the special one!! Roll on 2022!!🥂🎉🎊🥰

Congratulations to owner Mairi Chadwick and rider Gareth Gates winning their first 1.35/1.40m FEI Class in Canada with our homebred mare HVL Oxana (Orestus x Flagmount King)! I am very excited to for the first time owning a grey horse and not any grey horse but a breeding mare that jumped 1.60m level! For a long time now, 2-3 years, I have been trying to get a mare that has jumped at top level but it has been very hard to find!

Carisma B is by International 1.60m German stallion Cellestial (Cantos) and she will soon be joining HVL Stud breeding team!

She spent most of her career in Dubai jumping with International rider Tina Lund (Denmark) and we are very lucky to have found her!

Apart from jumping 1.60m level herself she has a full brother that jumped 1.40m level and also a 1/2 brother that jumped 1.45m level. Her Grandmother then bred the successful 1.50m Gelding Champus G!

We can’t wait for her to arrive from Helle Foged in Denmark to her new home here in Ireland

We proudly present a new addition to our stallion list , Grand Prix stallion ARISTOTELES V by Padinus x Lux Z who returned recently to the Netherlands from America.

ARISTOTELES V was selected as a three-year-old for the performance test and was invited for the champion inspection during the KWPN Stallion Inspection.

He later jumped GRAND PRIX level for many years with Irish born rider Jonathan Mc Crea. They earned a total sum of more than $ 1.2 MILLION IN PRIZE MONEY!

His father Padinus, son of the top progenitor Heartbreaker, has had a high breeding value at the KWPN for many years. Padinus produced several well-performing Grand Prix children, including Admara, from a relatively small number of offspring.

His dam Tableau-Vivant is an elite performance mare by the stallion Lux Z.

Lux Z himself was very successful at the highest level in the sport and several offspring followed in his footsteps.

Tableau-Vivant produced Michel Hendrix's 1.50m showjumper Fjury V from Numero Uno.

This is a beautiful stallion with an amazing step that has jumped at the highest level!

The in 2009 born SF-bred Vancouver de Lanlore is flourishing at the highest level with Penelope Leprevost. They won the Grand Prix of Vejer de la Frontera and München-Riem, placed second in the Grand Prix of Helsinki, second in the Grand Prix of Offenburg, second in the Grand Prix of Dinard, second in the Global Tour in Chantilly, third in the Grand Prix of St Tropez, fourth in the Grand Prix of Gorla Minore, fourth in the Grand Prix St Gallen and sixth in the Grand Prix of Paris. He was also successful in the Nations Cup, producing two double-clears in Aachen and St/. Gallen and a clear in Barcelona, the European Championships of Rotterdam and La Baule. He also placed 15th individually at the European Championships of Rotterdam. Sire Toulon, son of the top progenitor Heartbreaker, jumped at the highest level himself and has been high up the WBFSH sire rankings for years. Dam Hispania de Bacon jumped 1.30m herself and is the daughter of the Grand Prix-stallion Le Tot de Semilly. The latter is the sire of top stallion Diamant de Semilly. Paired with Toulon, a half-sister of Hispania de Bacon produced the international showjumpers Goodwill v/d Coefering and Noortje van de Coefering.  

Vancouver de Lanlore meets the KWPN radiographic requirements. The genome breeding value and conformation inspection were not ensued by any comments. Vancouver de Lanlore has a genome breeding value of 99 (40% reliability) and he is no carrier of the WFFS-gene. Frozen semen of is available via the Van Bommel Stud in Aarle-Rixtel.

Wow! Our homebred Rocky flying over the fences at World Equestrian Centre, Ocala, Florida! The other day he won the 1.25m class and the 1.30m class and now he was the WINNER of the 7 year old class!! Super proud breeder!!!!

The super star Darco x Chin Chin  stallion Iron Man van de Padenborre is busy covering mares in Belgium. We have been fortunate enough to represent this beautiful stallion and new quality straws have arrived in with positive pregnancy.

It is with great sadness that we announce that stallion A.Quidam M (Quidam de Revel x Caretino) passed away a few weeks ago from colic.
