“Tessa” offers yet another notable Continental/Irish pedigree as she is one of the last remaining Cavalier Royle daughters foaled in this century. What makes Contessa’s pedigree even more interesting is she is descended from Silver Sam. This Irish Draught sire was by Merrion, a former ID Stallion champion at the RDS, and his bloodlines offers an unique outcross. With a combination of Holstein, Thoroughbred and rare Irish Draught lines, Contessa is a valuable addition to the Highland View Lodge broodmare team.
