Sharp filly with great step and movement! Mother already bred showjumpers and this filly should follow their footsteps!
A.Quidam M is a young up and coming stallion being competed with Paul O’Shea. He has all that it takes to become a top class showjumper! Apart from this he has world class pedigree, good looks and fantastic tempermanet!
A Quidam M ~ has an exceptional pedigree, full of Olympic, World champions and Grand Prix winners on both sides.
Sire - Quidam de Revel:
* Team bronze and individual fourth at the Barcelona Olympics
* TEN of his progeny competed at the 2002 World Equestrian Games
* The leading WBFSH sire for two successive years
* Sire of 48 CSI winners in 2007
* Already the sire of Top 20 sires, Guidam and Nahab de Reve.
These are just some of the facts about Quidam de Revel’s own performance record and his proven progeny, which also numbers Jessica Kurten’s brilliant Quibell.
Guidam is most noted as the sire of Beezie Madden’s stellar partner, Authentic. Consecutive team gold at Athens and Hong Kong Olympics; individual bronze at Hong Kong; team silver at the 2006 World Equestrian Games and winner of the 2007 Aachen Grand Prix are just some of Authentic’s world-class achievements.
Jalisco B ~ A Quidam M’s grand-sire - holds the record for the most progeny competing in the Olympic Games and his progeny include the household names of Quito de Baussy and Hermes de Reve. The latter topped the Irish Horse Board’s 2007 Genetic Breeding Index table.
Dam ~ Minook. Her impressive pedigree features blue-blood Holstein and Thoroughbred lines going back to Caletto, Cor de La Bryere, (Cavalier Royale’s sire who features in most of our broodmare’s pedigrees), Ramzes, Cottage Son, Son In Law and Bay Ronald.
Her sire, Caretino, one of Germany’s top sires, scored 9.5 for jumping during his 100-day test and has since consistently featured in the WBFSH show jumping sire rankings, (5th in 2001, 4th in 2009).
Dam; Highland Pacina is our foundation broodmare that we have had as a foal! She is a powerful mare standing 168cm,very athletic with a bold scopy jump and has a wonderful temperament.
Her first bred foal by Lux Z won a big loosejumping class as a 3 year old! Highland Pacina is an outstanding mare herself that competed successfully jumping 1.20m before retiring early as a broodmare. She has two full sisters competing successfully, one jumping 1.30m and the other one had massive scope but ended up as a broodmare through an injury.
As a yearling she won Kilmacanogue in hand yearling showing class and as a two year old she qualified for the all Ireland filly championships at Ennis, Co.Clare.
She has bred the most beautiful foals all with superb temperament!
Sire: Flagmount King(RID) was a Grade A International showjumper and he beat top horses such as Spring Elegance, Maloney’s Error etc in grand prix competitions. He is the full brother of Flagmount Daimond and Flagmount Boy. King of Diamonds sired many world class showjumpers including Loro Piana, Special Envoy, Millstreet Ruby, Mill Pearl, Royal Athlete, Jack of Diamonds and U-Two.
